1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means your registered user account on the ik88 platform, created upon successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account for wagering or withdrawal, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds (subject to wagering requirements).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on a game, sporting event, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by ik88, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm your age, identity, and residency before withdrawals are processed.
• "Service" or "Platform" means the ik88 website, mobile site, and all associated online betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "User", "Player", or "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the ik88 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a Bet, or otherwise engaging with the ik88 platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments or updates published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any provision within these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately and contact our support team to close your Account.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use ik88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ik88 strictly enforces Indonesia's legal gambling age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or terminate Accounts found to be held by underage individuals.
• Residency: You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of Account registration and gameplay. ik88 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not create an Account if you are legally restricted from doing so.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account with ik88. Creating multiple Accounts (often referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently self-excluded from ik88 or any other gambling service. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you may not create a new Account until the exclusion period has expired.

Failure to meet any of the above eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ik88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts that do not meet these criteria. Funds associated with ineligible Accounts may be forfeited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account with ik88, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify us immediately of any changes. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

As part of our regulatory obligations and commitment to player security, ik88 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit valid identification documents, which may include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• Passport or driver's license (as alternative identification)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID for identity confirmation

KYC verification is typically required before your first withdrawal, though ik88 may request verification at any time. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Documents are reviewed manually and verification is usually completed within 1-24 hours.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ik88 immediately via live chat or email. ik88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

4.4 Account Restrictions

ik88 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend or terminate an Account at any time, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ik88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI)
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja)

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. ik88 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. If this is not feasible, alternative methods may be arranged.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000; maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on Account status and payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed manually during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB) and typically complete within 5-30 minutes. Off-peak requests may take up to 2 hours. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• If you have active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements, you may not be able to withdraw until those requirements are met.
• ik88 reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawal fees are generally not charged by ik88, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees. ik88 reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

ik88 maintains strict anti-money laundering controls. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawing. Deposits must not be used solely as a fund transfer mechanism. ik88 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze or close Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ik88 may offer various bonuses and promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms"), which will be clearly displayed on the promotions page or communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Key points include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be stated clearly in the Bonus Terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available to new players or players meeting specific criteria (e.g., minimum deposit, first deposit within a time window). One bonus per User, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period, after which unused bonus funds may be forfeited.
• Abuse: ik88 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been abused, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting technical errors. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages will be specified in the Bonus Terms. Some games may be entirely excluded from bonus play.

Bonus Terms form part of these overall Terms & Conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable Bonus Terms. ik88 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event on which the Bet is placed. Sports betting rules, casino game rules, and live dealer rules are available on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a Bet.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

A Bet is only valid once it has been accepted by ik88 and you have received a confirmation receipt. ik88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at our sole discretion, without providing a reason. If a Bet is not accepted, it will not be deducted from your Balance.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds, incorrect payout, technical malfunction), ik88 reserves the right to void affected Bets and correct your Balance accordingly. This applies to both pre-match and in-play betting, as well as casino games. You agree that ik88 is not liable for losses arising from such errors.

7.4 Settlement and Disputes

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, game provider for casino games). ik88's settlement decisions are final. If you believe a Bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 7 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ik88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to access your Account or place Bets.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, or allowing others to use your Account.
• Fraud and Collusion: Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, unfair strategies, or any means inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or transfer funds for illicit purposes.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place Bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after deposits have been used for wagering.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

ik88 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, to cooperate with law enforcement, and to take legal action where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ik88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or technical malfunctions
• Errors in odds, game results, or payment processing
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect your login credentials
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures

ik88 provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Service. Your use of ik88 is at your own risk. In no event shall ik88's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your Account Balance at the time the liability arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ik88 from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to completing KYC verification and meeting any applicable wagering requirements). Once your Account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Platform.

10.2 Termination by ik88

ik88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Prolonged Account inactivity
• Request from regulatory authorities

In the event of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, ik88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance and to cancel any pending withdrawals. If your Account is closed for reasons not related to a breach (e.g., self-exclusion, voluntary closure), any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ik88 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 25,000 on dormant Accounts until the Balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ik88.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia, as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to bring claims in a class action or representative capacity. All disputes must be brought individually.
